I have 22 years of experience in education and a passion for ensuring students are prepared for success after school. My career began as a high school teacher, and I've served as elementary school principal, charter and comprehensive high school principal; assistant superintendent of teaching and learning, and most recently, superintendent.

I appreciate the opportunities and challenges educators face every day, and work closely with schools and districts to map out the most impactful way to successfully implement Design Challenges into the culture of each school.
